After determining the type of service and estimated time allotment needed for your specific needs, our fees will be discussed with you.
We accept the following types of payment:

Our lead investigator at OCIAS is also a Paralegal with 28 years of experience in the legal field and court system. If you are unable to afford an attorney for the initial beginning of your case and need assistance getting started, let us help you get the paperwork started and filed for the following procedures:

- Probate (Initial documents, Small Estate Affidavits, annual accountings, etc.)
- Simple Will
